Navadi
Tonight's unsold food, rescued. Bakeries, cafés and restaurants publish surprise bags at about a third of their value; customers reserve one and collect it in a short window before closing.
Navadi is localised where it matters, not only translated: pickup schedules that follow the Jalali calendar and invert for Ramadan, neighbourhood and landmark addresses next to the map pin, Persian-normalised search, and pay-at-pickup for the many small shops that will not take online payment.
Underneath are customer and merchant apps in Flutter and an admin panel for approvals, disputes and finance. Money is stored as integer rials, settlement is split at the payment provider so merchant funds never pass through us, and stock is decremented in one atomic statement so a bag is never sold twice. All data stays inside Iran.
